Hotel La Zoologie stands out with its gorgeous building and themed decor that tells the story of its past. Many guests enjoyed spacious rooms, some featuring a deep soaking tub, while the sauna and jet tub offered a relaxing experience. The Marché des Capucins is conveniently close, and the central location allows easy access to transportation, though some have noted the immediate surrounding area may not be the most appealing. The hotel also offers a lovely garden and balcony for guests to enjoy.

A Sanctuary of Style and Serenity

unique themeserene oasishelpful stafflimited spa
The hotel's unique theme captivated me. The zoological touches throughout the building are whimsical. The central garden is a serene oasis, I enjoyed coffee there. The staff proved kind, especially helpful with local recommendations.
The spa access was limited. I was unable to book a suitable time slot. This was disappointing as the spa was a primary reason for my hotel selection. A larger or better-managed spa schedule would enhance the experience.

the soap dish in my shower, i noticed, was detached. no one bothered to fix it. and honestly, the water pressure was so weak, it struggled to fill the ridiculously large bathtub. breakfast wasn't any better. i showed up at 10am and the buffet was practically empty. one poor staff member looked completely helpless.
